This class designed for all levels of fitness regardless of age or training history. Whether your goal is just to get moving better, lose weight, drive a golf ball further or set a record in your next Spartan Race this class is designed to get you there.
Our experienced coaches lead you through a comprehensive warm up which includes mobility drills followed by full body workout to increase your strength, improve your posture, bullet proof your joints and improve your endurance. You’ll burn a shit ton of calories too!
We incorporate body weight training, kettlebells, TRX and a variety of other tools in this class all the while emphasizing fundamental movement skills and the application of proper strength techniques.

Want to try a workout that is super effective for building muscle, strength and endurance?! Yes?!..then Enter the Kettlebell is the class for you. Kettlebell classes are a great way to develop overall strength and power, promote lean muscle gain, increase mobility, and core strength. Many practitioners consider the kettlebell the single most effective tool for making massive changes in strength, conditioning and physiques. Here you will not only swing but you will push, pull, squat, hinge, and carry.
Clients with little experience to expert level will benefit from this class. Our coaches can progress or regress any of the movement to fit your ability. Your body will turn into a powerful fat loss, super strong machine that makes everything in life easier!! Don’t worry you will get quite the cardio workout as well. This class builds off the foundation you develop in our Strength + Conditioning class.
Hone your barbell and kettlebell technique in this class while increasing your strength and power.
This barbell strength training class will teach you the basic powerlifting movements including the deadlift, back squat, bench press, and military press. Accessory exercises and kettlebell technique will compliment your barbell training. You will build strength in a safe and effective way using progressive programs.
We pick things up and put them down in this class….with proper form, technique, and programming of course!! This is a great class to get your muscle pump on.
Strength is a skill and like any skill, it needs to be developed appropriately, over time. There are no quick fixes. Understand that developing the athlete is a long and often times challenging process. It is also important to understand that before we are able to develop strength we need to make sure we have relatively good platform from which to build upon.
Our sports performance program is centered on the long-term athletic development model, laying the foundation for athletic performance, skill acquisition and durability in sport and life.
Our sessions will incorporate mobility, strength, power, speed and agility to maximize performance and reduce injury. Sessions will be divided into 2 phases. We start with active mobility, dynamic warm up, linear and lateral speed development and plyometric training for explosiveness. The second part of class focuses on the development of foundational strength and general conditioning for optimal athletic performance.
Based on developmental age and motor skill development we offer classes for the middle school athlete and the high school athlete.
This is not the military, but you would never know it considering the workout that you will get! This is a full body workout that is sure to get your heart racing, muscles twitching and calories burning. Workouts will range anywhere from drills on the turf to hanging from the rig to pushing some weights around. TRX, medicine balls, battle ropes, rope climbs, box jumps are all fair game in this class! The use of timed intervals will leave you breathless but with enough time to recover to get your next set of exercises completed with style and grace and good form. All levels of fitness are welcome to attend. Bring water!
Fire up your metabolism, torch calories and burn fat in our high intensity Swing Sesh class. We will spend 45 min swinging kettlebells in a variety of fun and challenging ways. All classes are lead by certified kettlebell instructors and are easily adaptable to your skill level. So whether you are a beginner or a expert these classes are sure to please. The pace is fast, the programming is effective and safe and will assist with weight loss, build strength, improve endurance and fitness.
